The decorations at the motel were lovely and created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The common areas were easily accessible for senior people, with wide hallways and ramps for easy movement. This made navigating the motel a breeze for someone like me. The staff, who I affectionately referred to as the kind young ones working there, were always eager to assist and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I was also delighted to see that the motel had a focus on sustainability, providing composting and recycling bins for guests to use. a wonderful experience.

If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, I would appreciate having handrails installed in the bathrooms for added safety. This small addition would provide peace of mind and make the accommodation even more senior-friendly.

Our room was immaculate and offered a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven, and a fridge. The location was marvellous and awesome, close enough to turangi township!

Truly enjoyed the way our decent size and functional family room with separate bedroom was arranged. The location of this hotel near the city centre and Taupo was incredible.

Came here for 2 nights with my kid, had a very pleasant stay. The room was modern and neat with a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets in the private bathroom. I liked garden view. The location close to the National Park was fantastic for me.

The room was quiet with the shower and separate bedroom and a double bed, the staff were lovely and very good, did everything.

The staff were excellent, and the room was large with 3 single beds and separate bedroom, for instance. The location was stunning in amongst nature.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We were given a studio suite with a double bed upon arrival. The room had central heating, TV and a microwave oven plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

Great overall experience. Easy base for biking in Turangi. Quiet and spacious room available with the shower and separate bedroom, as example. Paid US$ 173. Easy check-in, parking onsite.

The location was perfect for exploring the Tongariro National Park, giving us easy access to incredible hikes and breathtaking scenery. And let's not forget the boat ramp for awesome fishing on Lake Taupo – we caught so many trout, it was insane! Plus, getting the special fishing license was totally worth it. It was the easiest way to have an unforgettable adventure with our squad!

The only thing we wished for was a livelier atmosphere at the lodge. We were looking for a place that had a buzzing social scene, with activities and events for young party-goers like us.

Had an amazing New Year's stay! The private pool and family pool were such a treat, can't beat having two pools on site. The fairy lights at night added a touch of magic to the atmosphere. The staff were friendly and always went above and beyond to accommodate us. The location was perfect, close to nearby attractions and activities. We also loved the fact that the motel had hot pools, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

The apartment could use some updating, the furniture and carpets seemed a bit outdated and could benefit from a refresh. It would have been nice to have a larger dining table in the family unit, as we had a larger group and seating was a bit limited.

Mind-blowing space for the family, friendly and super helpful staff, sustainability focus with recycling and composting, amazing mineral pools and freshwater pool for the kids, well-equipped kitchen. No road noise despite road proximity. Would definitely stay again!
